Tiny Polaroid Photograph Fridge Magnets!

DIY hand made polaroid gift magnets crafts
DIY hand made Polaroid Photo magnets
I made these for my best friend over at Two Veggies. I took some of our favorite photos from over the years...
  • cropped them to teeny squares
  • printed them out on photo paper
  • cut them out with an xacto blade
  • mounted them on white cardboard with rubber cement
  • laminated them with packing tape
  • cut them out with the xacto blade
  • painted the cut edges white
  • cut magnet strips & glued them to the back
Polaroid Photo magnets all packaged in their neat little magnetic tin, ready for gifting.

And then I put them in a tiny metal box so they would all stick inside it :)

I think they are ABSOLUTELY adorable. The quality of the shots I'm posting here is terrible, (and I can't take any others since they were gifted long ago) but the tiny polaroids themselves are great quality. I don't have a photo printer so I just arranged the images onto a blank square so that I would have enough space between them to maneuver, and so that they'd be the correct size and then I uploaded to them to be printed at my local pharmacy.

These can be as small or large as you want them to be. Just make sure that your supply quantities match up to your intended size. For example: large enough cardboard & magnets.

This is not my original idea but I made them so long ago I dont know if I still have the link to the site. If I find it I'll post it.

Hand Sewn Squirrel Stuffed Animal

I used a pair of marled gray dollar store cheapo winter gloves, some stuffing, pipe cleaners, and little black buttons to make a little stuffed squirrel!

Pattern is not mine, but once again, I made this so long ago I'm not sure if I could still find the link to it. The pipe cleaner helps to give his tail the curly shape and define his feet.

Side view of my little squirrel man, his head had not been attached yet at time of this photo.

He did get finished I assure you, I just can't seem to find a finished photo of him. I intended to put a white belly on him, but he was just so cute i didn't want to risk making him look silly. I may still attach it some day.
